Fran has over 20 years’ experience in preK-12 education sales management, consulting, marketing, and training. She has worked with education companies to launch new products, generate record growth opportunities, and establish excellent customer relationships. Fran has been consistently ranked among the top sales staff in associated companies. Her passion is launching new products that she believes will be beneficial to educators and students.
Prior to moving to the sales arena, Fran was an advocate for public education through her work with education associations. Her responsibilities included lobbying on education issues, plus, developing and implementing education initiatives and reform efforts. Her support of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, NBPTS, resulted in passage of a law in Georgia to increase the salary for those teachers who became Board Certified.
In our changing world, it has been her goal to own a start-up company with a proven product that can manifest change and save lives. Crisis Technology Solutions, as a reseller for CrisisAlert, is that company.
Fran received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Master of Education from the University of South Carolina. She remains an avid Gamecock fan.
Shellie has 27 years of experience in the healthcare industry which have included leadership, clinical practice, and sales roles. She is committed to bringing cutting edge technology to the forefront of the medical industry, partnering with various medical device companies such as; MedLine, TissueTech Inc., and HydroCision. Over the last eight years she has worked throughout South Carolina within federal hospital facilities, private and non-profit hospital systems, as well as, ambulatory surgery centers to drive the business of AB2 Medical, her own medical device distribution company.
Mark has 28 years of experience with 11 years in Sales & International Marketing of Industrial Adhesive and Sealant Equipment and 17 years in Product Marketing, Product Management and Operations for Telecommunications. Mark spent 7 years with Scientific Atlanta marketing Cable TV Network equipment from Head End to Home to Comcast, Cox, Time Warner, Charter as well as NTSC members and municipalities. Once Cisco purchased Scientific Atlanta, Mark developed the interface for Cisco’s Aironet citywide mesh access points to the Cable TV network and provided the marketing plan to Cable TV market leading the way to integrate at Time Warner and Cablevision.
Mark’s 11 years of experience with Cisco & Technicolor gave a complete background in Product Management and in Operations in developing products as well as bringing products from concept to design to manufacturing and logistics to the customer. This experience in consumer premise devices for the Service Provider market lead to this E2E experience both internal and external customers in Set-tops, User Interface, DOCSIS High Speed Data as well as leading cross functional development teams.
Mark’s strength in leadership cross functionally has provided hands on experience in developing standard operating procedures to ensure resource efficiencies and to improve customer satisfaction.
